By downloading, installing, or using AI Clarify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
AI Clarify is an AI-powered communication assistant that helps users decode and understand messages, analyze tone and intent, and improve their communication skills. The App offers features including message analysis, tone detection, intent decoding, response suggestions, and conversation image analysis.
User Accounts
- You must create an account to use the App's features
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Subscriptions & Payments
- Some features require a premium subscription
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
Advertising Attribution & Measurement
We may use advertising attribution tools (including Meta App Events SDK) to measure app install and subscription performance.
- Attribution events may include registration, trial start, subscription activation, and purchase value
- These events are used for campaign measurement and optimization
- Event reporting is deduplicated in-app to reduce duplicate attribution records
- On iOS, tracking permissions are governed by Apple App Tracking Transparency
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Upload malicious content or code
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the App to harass, stalk, or harm others
Communication Disclaimer
- Always use your own judgment when responding to messages
- AI analysis and suggestions are estimates and may not be 100% accurate
- The App should not be used as a substitute for professional communication or relationship counseling
- Results are based on AI interpretation and may not reflect the sender's actual intentions
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by AI Clarify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
User Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, images, etc.)
- By using the App, you grant us a license to process your content to provide our analysis services
- You are responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- You must have the right to share any conversation content you submit for analysis
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Clarify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the App's analysis or suggestions.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
